DR. SUJATA SWAROOP

Whether consulting, teaching, research or her clinical practice, Dr. Swaroop's work challenges individuals, organizations, and social systems to engage with themselves and the world by tackling difficult circumstances and subjects. With a focus on trauma resiliency, international engagement, belonging & inclusiveness she aims to
help create a more equitable and vibrant world. 

Through Jata Consulting, she focuses on the intersections of trauma prevention & recovery, pre- and posttraumatic resilience support, community engagement, and equity, diversity, and inclusion practices.

Dr. Swaroop helps mold the next generation of leaders and healers while designing courses, teaching, and pioneering research at Boston University and Boston College.

Finally, Dr. Swaroop maintains a clinical practice where she often works with individuals
who have experienced trauma, oppression and marginalization.
